a) Visiting the website

With visiting our website www.aphira.de the browser used by your device sends information to our websites server which then will be automatically temporary stored in a log file.

Following information will be collected without your assistance and held until deletion:

  • website from which the access takes place (referrer- url)
  • browser an OS of your device plus access provider

Provided that you specifically agreed (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR), we will use your email- address in order to send you our newsletter on a regular basis. To receive our newsletter a valid email- address is sufficient.

Cancellation is possible at any time, for example via link in the end of every email.

c) Using our contact form

Please contact us via the contact form made available on our website in case you have any kind of question. It is necessary to provide a valid email- address in order for us to know whose request we are answering. Further details can be given by choice. 

Processing of data for the purpose of establishing contact with us follows Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR on the basis of your willingly given approval. After completion of your request, personal data will be deleted automatically.

Transmission of your personal data to third parties for other purposes than listed in the following does not take place.
